Basic Rundown: A Brazilian spitfire muggleborn who is from a large family of circus acrobats. He is also the captain of the Quidditch team. He comes off as a punk and a bit of a delinquent but you will never meet someone so fiercely protective of his friends/team/house than Rai. Jerk with a heart of gold so on and so on.
